Welcome to Turbine (the “Service”). Turbine is currently operated by its founders and is in beta. By accessing or using metaturbine.com (the “Website”) or the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Services
- Turbine provides tools to monitor and analyze brand visibility in AI chatbots and related platforms.
- The Service is in beta and may change, be interrupted, or discontinued at any time.
Subscriptions & payments
- Some features are free, others may require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown on the Website.
- Payments are handled by third-party providers (Stripe). We do not store payment card details.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or resell the Service.
Intellectual property
- All rights in the Service, including software, design, and content, belong to the Turbine founders.
- You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the Service.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Termination
- You may delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or as required by law.
Disclaimers
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that results will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Lithuanian law:
- Turbine and its founders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
